Two agents, one team
The Cali to Vegas Buyers Team is Matt Doolin (NV S.0059007) and Christina Towle (NV S.188246), two Realtors at Lyons Share Real Estate in Las Vegas. We’re 50/50 business partners, not a couple, and we work with buyers moving here from California. Matt has sold homes in this valley for about 20 years. Christina moved here from Minnesota.
We also go by The Towle Doolin Group, powered by Lyons Share Real Estate. Our tagline is “Twice the Opinions, half the boring.” When you’re buying 300 miles from home, you can’t stop by on a Tuesday to look again, so you get two people who’ve both seen the house and don’t always agree. You’ll hear both sides before you write an offer.
We both grew up with small-town values: honesty, hard work and showing up for people. One of us delivers the news more boldly and the other more gently. Either way you get an honest answer.
Grew up in a small Minnesota town, flipped homes in the Midwest, and has been licensed in Nevada since 2019.
