Christina Towle

Christina Towle is a REALTOR with Lyons Share Real Estate (Nevada license S.188246) and one half of the Cali to Vegas Buyers Team. She grew up in a big family in a small Minnesota town, where you kept your word and showed up for people. She still works that way.

How she got into real estate

Christina started out flipping homes in the Midwest, and she did the hands-on part herself: renovation, design and staging. The flips are what brought her to Las Vegas. She learned this market by exploring neighborhoods and studying what sold and why, and getting her license was the next step.

She was with Keller Williams Southern Nevada from 2019 to 2023 and joined Lyons Share Real Estate in 2023. She also owns and manages short-term rentals out of state, so she looks at a house the way you do and the way an investor would. Even on vacation she’s checking listings.

She’s the half of the team who wants to understand every tool and every step. In her words: “My thing is I like to be in control of everything.” When you’re buying from 300 miles away, that’s who you want tracking where your deal stands.

Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is the place Christina is most drawn to. “I’m from Minnesota and I love the lakes. I miss the lake,” she says. “It’s quiet, it’s like a small town.” Lake Mead and the open desert are right there too, which suits someone who’d rather be outside.

Most Californians don’t know Lake Las Vegas exists. It’s a lake community in Henderson, and these days it isn’t only estates. Matt’s line: “They’re not all castles anymore.” There are condos, townhomes and new production homes too, and that’s the part our team focuses on.

55+ communities

Christina has a real respect for older adults and people with different abilities, and for letting someone move at their own pace and feel heard. It’s also behind her growing interest in 55+ communities like Sun City Summerlin, and in helping people whose housing needs are changing.

Off the clock

She describes herself as a little sentimental, a little sarcastic, and quiet until you get her talking about homes, family or her next trip outside. That’s usually camping, hiking, kayaking or paddleboarding. Right now she’s converting a van into a camper. Photography is an old love too.

Why “the funny thing”

Christina named the team’s weekly series. There’s Mountain’s Edge Monday, and there’s Beyond the Strip, her name for the everyday Las Vegas that visitors never see: the parks, trails and restaurants that make a place feel like yours.

“We don’t want to look like all the other realtors,” she says. “That’s why we’ve got to do the funny thing.” Buying a house is serious. Talking about it doesn’t have to be.
